Job Summary Responsible for Operation and Maintenance Electrical activities like Installation, Modification, Repair, Planning and executing upcoming projects, online documentation and review of documentation as needed or requested by the organization. Job Responsibilities - Responsible for reliability of Electrical HT/LT distribution system, Transformers, DG sets, Lighting system, UPS & distribution, control system, ACB, Tap changer, Synchronizing panel, Capacitor panels and other electrical systems. - Reposnible to overview of Black utility systems comprising of Boiler, Air compressor, chillers and water system. - Execute in co-ordination with the user departments for Electrical maintenance issues / problems and ensuring completion of maintenance request. - Executing / supervise with help of contractor's on daily basis for follow up and completion of maintenance activities. - Ensuring and maintaining engineering inventory management / up keep of minimum stock availability for engineering spares. - Providing all required utilities / maintenance support to ARPL as per the departments requirements and operates in full compliance with all regulatory requirements and according to established safety norms. - Execute / supervise / monitor the engineering department online documentation all time with respect to Equipment Qualification / Re-Qualification/ Risk Assessment / Preventive Maintenance / Break down Maintenance / Logbooks / Planner. - Ensure annual CEIG inspection, Statutory approvals and license for the site electrical system. - Co-ordination with BESCOM Team like Month Bills. - Ensuring and maintaining safe work place at ARPL all time in coordination to EHS officer. - Follow the SAP system for Maintenance & Spares management of Electrical systems. - Attending training sessions on cGMP, Regulatory, SOP trainings, SAP trainings, latest technical & industrial developments related to Engineering. - Ensure Upkeep of all Utility systems. - Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements - To take any other work allotted by seniors and to complete the same. - Ensure cleaning and maintenance of Electrical equipment in facility. - Ensure maintenance of HT Panels, LT Panels, Transformers, Diesel Generator Sets, Capacitor, UPS, Lifts, Door Interlock system and Access control System. - To carry out Corrective maintenance. - Works as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes. - Performs all work in support of our Corporate Values of Courage, Collaboration, passion and perseverance; Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values. - Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements. - Initiation and Implementation of Energy Conservation. - Overseeing the planning and timely progressing and completion of Projects & taken proper handover from vendors. - Maintaining all the equipment's in plant to reduce the breakdown and achieve the department budget targets. - Address and resolve escalated complaints & grievances from user department. - Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes. - Demonstrate Behaviours that exhibit our organizational Values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion. - Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies. - Operation of Access control system like report generation, creating credential, adding and removing of access permission, maintenace access control doors and troubleshooting. - All other relevant duties as assigned. Job Requirements - Education - Shall have minimum Diploma in Engineering / Bachelor's Degree - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Shall have good knowledge in Electrical System. - Shall have experience in operation and maintenance of DG set's, UPS and Lift etc. - Shall have ability to trouble shoot and resolve breakdown issues. - Shall have good Communication and able to lead the Team. - Shall have ability in effectivily manpower handling as per planned activities. - Experience - Shall have minimum 10 years of experience with Bachelor's degree.
