Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. - 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate). - Strong knowledge of technical skills and job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
