The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for voice and non-voice processes across leading BPO clients. Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for recruitment are welcome to apply. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and KPO roles (Voice, Non-Voice, Technical Support, Customer Service, etc.) - Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases - Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients - Maintain and update daily trackers and recruitment reports - Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements - Ensure timely closures and achieve monthly hiring targets ⸻ Required Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good understanding of BPO hiring requirements - Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.) - Strong coordination and follow-up skills - Basic knowledge of Excel and recruitment tracking ⸻ Educational Qualification: - Any Graduate / Postgraduate share your updated Cv at suparna.bhattacherjee@impetusconsultants.com
