Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles across departments. - Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. - Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred). - 0–5 years of experience in recruitment (IT or non-IT). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Good understanding of hiring metrics and sourcing strategies.
