Primary Job Responsibilities
- At least 6 months of proven experience in recruitment as an in-house recruiters, headhunter or within a recruitment agency, preferably in a technology services environment
- An active, hardworking, enthusiastic nature and a willingness to work overtime
- Natural networking ability and a love of meeting new people
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
