About the role - As Lead - People Business Partner at Tiger Analytics, you will - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities, ensuring all people-related initiatives effectively support the strategic direction. - Deeply understand and champion Human Resource Management policies and processes, taking ownership of their implementation and evaluation of effectiveness against objectives to ensure a consistent and equitable employee experience. - Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding for new AI talent to confirmation, proactive grievance resolution, Performance Management, employee relations, and thoughtful employee separation. - Provide forward-thinking insights into people processes, benchmarking against internal best practices and external market trends to continuously enhance our organizational effectiveness in the AI and consulting space. - Create robust communication forums and facilitate employee engagement initiatives regularly - Develop and manage sophisticated people satisfaction programs aimed at boosting morale and enhancing retention of our valuable AI and analytics professionals - Cultivate an environment that actively encourages continuous learning, skill development, and career growth for all employees, aligning with the fast-evolving demands of the AI industry. - Conduct insightful people surveys and collaborate closely with leadership to drive impactful organizational change and foster a responsive work environment. - Ensure timely functional deliverables, uphold policy compliance, prepare comprehensive reports on effectiveness, and analyze trends to inform and influence future talent strategies. Required Experience, Skills & Competencies: - Masters in HR from a top institute with 3-5 years of experience in driving HR BP role in IT/Consulting industry. Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of HR - exposure to performance management and Employee experience management is a plus - Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally. Collaborative approach across the organization to maximize outcomes - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Hands-on experience in MS Office We will ensure that the compensation and title will be commensurate with the experience and skill-level brought to the table.
