Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, scouting and generate new business leads in markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through email, calls, meetings. Understand the company's software products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns. Develop customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce). Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences when required. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client interactions and market demands. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Mandatory vehicle required for the job. 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or technology sector. Strong understanding of software solutions and the technology industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Knowledge of international sales processes (preferred but not mandatory). Skills Required: Proficientin client relationship management.
