Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager located in Lucknow. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving operational procedures, coordinating between different departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves managing staff schedules, addressing operational issues, and contributing to project planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Process Improvement
- Strong skills in Team Coordination, Staff Management, and Communication
- Experience with Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
- Ability to develop and implement Strategic Plans
- Excellent Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
- Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in an operational role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
