We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support our daily business operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and multitasking skills, a process-oriented mindset, and a keen eye for operational efficiency. This role plays a vital part in maintaining structured workflows, supporting management decisions, and ensuring smooth execution of both internal and client-related activities. Key Responsibilities:- - Support the Operations Head in daily workflow, task tracking, and internal coordination. - Maintain and update operational reports, timesheets, and project documentation. - Coordinate communication between internal departments, vendors, and client-facing teams. - Assist in onboarding, compliance, and documentation of new employees. - Monitor employee schedules, attendance, and client deployment tracking. - Handle data entry, reporting, and management of operational dashboards. - Identify and resolve administrative or process-related bottlenecks proactively. - Support management in preparing weekly and monthly performance summaries. - Ensure operational compliance with company policies and client requirements. - Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, automation, and team productivity. Qualifications & Skills:- - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - 3–6 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support (preferably in IT or staffing industry). - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and task management tools. - Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly. - Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
