Role Description This is a full-time role for Private Labelling at Annakosha Pvt Ltd. The individual will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing communication with clients and suppliers, overseeing financial aspects, conducting training sessions, and engaging in business development activities. The role is on-site and located in Jaipur. Qualification & Experience - Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field. - Experience: 24 years in Private Labelling, B2B Sales, or FMCG (preferably food or bakery products). Key Responsibilities 1. Identify and approach potential clients for private labelling partnerships. 2. Understand client requirements for product type, formulation, packaging, and branding. 3. Coordinate with internal teams R&D, production, packaging, and design to ensure client specifications are met. 4. Prepare product proposals, quotations, and samples for client approval. 5. Maintain effective communication and relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. 6. Support negotiations and ensure profitability in deals. 7. Monitor project timelines from order confirmation to final dispatch. 8. Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities. 9. Manage documentation, pricing sheets, and reports related to client accounts. 10. Collaborate with finance and logistics teams for billing, dispatch, and payment follow-up. Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and client-handling skills. - Excellent coordination and follow-up ability. - Understanding of product packaging, branding, and labelling requirements. - Good negotiation and analytical skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and general business correspondence.
