Role Description As a Business Development Manager - Private Labeling / Contract Manufacturing, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts with leading edible oil outsourcing brands (pan India / Global) and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be required to analyze market trends, forecast sales targets, and work closely with marketing and production teams to deliver customized solutions. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Erode. We are also open to operate on commission basis. Qualifications - Proven experience in Business Development in private labelling, contract manufacturing in edible oil industry. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills - Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities - Experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation - Knowledge of private labeling and contract manufacturing processes - Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and production teams - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the food industry is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Strong organizational and time management skills
