Job Description Company Description Kshetra Foods, is manufacturers of cold-pressed / Extra-virgin Groundnut and Sesame oil. They are also marketing various wellness based food products such as Honey, Traditional and regular rice varieties, Millets, ready-to-eat products, spice powders etc. Being in Food business since late 1930s as a rice miller, has expanded into various food segments driven by a commitment to creating a healthier future generation and stronger community. The brand believes that food is medicine and aims to promote wellness by encouraging communities to consume food the right way. Kshetra's name means Holy Land in Sanskrit, reflecting its view of farmland as sacred. The company is dedicated to educating farming communities on sustainable practices and procures directly from farmers to improve their socio-economic livelihood. Role Description As a Business Development Manager - Private Labeling / Contract Manufacturing, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts with leading edible oil outsourcing brands (pan India / Global) and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be required to analyze market trends, forecast sales targets, and work closely with marketing and production teams to deliver customized solutions. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Erode. We are also open to operate on commission basis. Qualifications - Proven experience in Business Development in private labelling, contract manufacturing in edible oil industry. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills - Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities - Experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation - Knowledge of private labeling and contract manufacturing processes - Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and production teams - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the food industry is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Strong organizational and time management skills
