Job Description Job Title: nCino Salesforce Developer Location: Bangalore / Chennai (Hybrid) Experience: 5+ Years (STRICTLY) Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred About the Company Our client is a leading financial technology transformation partner helping global banks and financial institutions streamline their lending and commercial operations through advanced Salesforce and nCino-based solutions. The team focuses on modernizing loan origination and banking workflows to deliver smarter, faster, and compliant financial experiences. Job Description We are seeking an experienced nCino Product Engineer / Developer with a strong background in Commercial Loan Origination systems and Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing product vision, defining use cases, managing technical design, and ensuring seamless delivery across multiple workstreams. Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience with nCino Commercial Loan Origination (CLO) Proficiency in Salesforce platform development (Apex, LWC, Triggers, Workflows, etc.) Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and sprint management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Good to Have: - Prior experience in Banking, Lending, or Financial Services domain - Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - Understanding of Data Modeling and API Integrations Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field nCino and Salesforce certifications preferred Important Note (Please Read Before Applying) Do NOT apply if: - You have less than 5 years of relevant nCino/Salesforce experience - You are not open to Hybrid work mode (Bangalore / Chennai) - Your notice period exceeds 30 days Apply ONLY if you meet all mandatory requirements mentioned above.
