The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting Dr. Reddy's products. The role involves managing a defined territory, analyzing market trends, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring product availability. Additionally, the Territory Business Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams, provide feedback on market conditions, and represent the company with integrity and professionalism. Qualifications - Proven expertise in sales and promoting pharmaceutical products - Strong skills in territory management, market analysis, and implementing sales strategies - Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals - Effective communication, negotiation, and time management abilities - Familiarity with reporting tools and sales analytics software - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred - Relevant experience in a pharmaceutical sales role is highly advantageous - Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel within the assigned territory
