Role Overview The Head Longevity & Future Health Initiatives will architect Healtour's global longevity strategy, build international alliances, evaluate cutting-edge longevity technologies and wellness science, and lead key initiatives that position Healtour as a global leader in human performance, preventive medicine, regenerative therapies, and healthy-aging ecosystems. The role requires strong strategic leadership, scientific understanding of longevity, and capability to work with international universities, research centers, policymakers, and hospitals. Key Responsibilities - Lead the Longevity & Preventive Health vertical within Healtour Solutions, including strategy, partnerships, research, and program scale-up. - Build collaborations with leading clinical, academic, genomic, regenerative & functional medicine institutions globally. - Work with global hospitals, biotech firms, anti-aging clinics, and research organizations to bring advanced protocols & treatments to India and partner regions. - Champion development of longevity-focused wellness programs, precision diagnostics, genetic/epigenetic assessments, AI-based early-risk evaluation, and lifestyle medicine retreats. - Drive research intelligence and benchmarking on emerging science (cellular repair, PDI pathways, NAD+ therapy, stem cell therapy, metabolic reversal, mitochondrial optimization, wearables & digital biomarkers). - Work closely with CXO leadership to design business models, pricing strategy, and go-to-market global expansion. - Represent the brand at international forums, conferences, delegations, and policy discussions. - Build a high-performance scientific advisory and clinical partnership network. - Publish thought-leadership content to position Healtour as a global voice in longevity science and preventive healthcare. Required Experience & Skills - 815 years of experience in healthcare strategy, longevity science, wellness innovation, hospital partnerships, public health, or global healthcare ecosystems. - Demonstrated expertise in preventive medicine, functional medicine, genomics, biotechnology, or wellness research. - Proven experience working with hospitals, research institutions, regulators, or global collaborations. Preferred Qualifications - Alumni from Harvard Medical School, ISB, Oxford University, Stanford, Cambridge, Wharton, INSEAD, Johns Hopkins, or equivalent reputed institutions. - Experience in anti-aging, regenerative medicine, biotech, healthtech, or medical tourism ecosystems. - Scientific research exposure and ability to translate scientific insights into business strategy. - Strong global networking skills, excellent communication, and strategic leadership capability.
