Your next challenge:As we reinvent, we are on the lookout for Head: Merchant Projects and Initiatives to re-define and bring in quality business for our Merchants teams across location.Context and Main Issues: A brief on the role: The position is a composite of two roles- marketing manager and project manager. We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager and Marketing professional to lead cross-functional projects, streamline execution, and drive marketing initiatives. This is a mission-critical role designed for a highly analytical and driven individual who can thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environmentMain missions:Context and Main Issues:Project Management Coordinate project completion through ongoing communication, relationship development and teamwork - focusing on collaboration and driving toward strategic prioritiesBreak down high-level objectives into actionable tasks and ensure timely executionIdentify and escalate potential risks, delays, or conflicts, and adjust workflow to meet demand and team capacityBuild dashboards, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders including C-suite leadershipEnsure strong governance, resource allocation, and adherence to timelines and KPIsMarketing Develop country merchant marketing plans as determined during the annual planning process to ensure we maximize our marketing efforts, leveraging all available avenues; goal to drive engagements, merchant delight and upsell opportunities Ensure the Pluxee brand is consistent in all merchant outlets; ensure the brand is integrated appropriately throughout all collateral and initiatives in alignment with central marketing team Create and manage comprehensive communication plans for new product launches, changes in existing products/processes etc.Develop compelling communication tactics to enhance brand awareness of Pluxee through collaterals, emailers, webinars, and engaging initiatives among merchant community You’re a match:Bachelor's degree and MBA Marketing required.Excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) and interpersonal skills.Ability to drive an agenda and consensus across multi-functional and cross-regional/cross-geography teams. Communicates clearly and concisely ensuring issues are escalated and understood.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.Ability to take ownership of a project and successfully manage it from start to finish.Possess a strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a well-defined work ethic.
