You will engage with them through calls and meetings, guide them through the enrollment journey, and help shape their academic future. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage the lead pipeline for multi-disciplinary international university programs in India. - Provide in-depth, personalized counseling to students and parents via calls, video sessions, and emails. - Drive enrollment conversions through consistent follow-ups and effective engagement from the provided database. - Maintain accurate, real-time records of all student interactions in the CRM system. - Work towards achieving student acquisition and revenue growth targets in a high-performance environment. Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in academic counseling or inside sales, preferably in education, higher ed, or university admissions. - Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding student acquisition/conversion targets. - Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce CRM with strong analytical ability.
