Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist - Steel Building Location: Pune (with required travel) Experience: 3 to 5 Years Job Summary: Maxroof is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Sales Specialist - Steel Building to join our team in Pune and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting Maxroof's range of roofing, cladding, and pre-engineered building solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities: - Sales Generation:Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions. - Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations. - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. - Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including architects, contractors, and builders. - Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly. - Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond. - Market Analysis and Reporting:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. - Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client needs. - Technical Understanding:Develop a strong understanding of Maxroof's products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications. - Provide technical information and support to clients as needed. - Maintain up to date product knowledge. - Travel:Be willing to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and conduct site visits. Qualifications and Skills: - 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry. - Experience in roofing, cladding, or pre-engineered building sales is highly preferred. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in MS Office Suite. - Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred. - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Engineering degree is a plus.
