Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counsellor located in Coimbatore. The Senior Admissions Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about the institution's programs, and ensuring a positive and supportive experience. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, evaluating applications, offering career counselling, and coordinating recruitment events. The role also involves maintaining relationships with applicants and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- Interpersonal Communication and Communication Skills
- Customer Service experience
- Sales ability
- Background in Education
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ Years Experience
