Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders in the banking sector. - Identify and assess business opportunities to enhance banking services for business owners. - Provide expert advice on banking products and services tailored to business needs. - Collaborate with internal teams to design customized banking solutions for clients. - Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategy. - Prepare and deliver presentations to business owners and decision-makers. - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Skills and Qualifications - 5-10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on business development or relationship management. - Strong understanding of banking products and services tailored for business owners. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to provide insights. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach. - Relevant educational background in finance, business administration, or related fields.
