- Client Acquisition and management
- Monitor, mentor, and manage the team
- Business development and revenue generation
- Experience in Debt, general lending, borrowing, ECBs, various types of security creation, finance involving bonds, NCDs, debentures, etc
- Actual working knowledge of IBC would be a plus point.- Review and finalize legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts, and company compliance
- Provide advisory services, negotiate settlements
- Client counseling & Legal research

**Requirements**:

- LLB or LLM
- A minimum of 15-20 years experience as a corporate lawyer (area of practice
- Banking & Finance)
- Excellent Managerial, Negotiation & communication skills
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detailAbout the Client
