What Were Looking For
Strong work ethic and ownership mindset.
Excellent proactive communication youll be speaking directly with founders and need to be crisp, clear, and thorough (both written and verbal).
Ability to stay focused and execute without distractions.
What you will do
You will be responsible to building out a new vertical within Weekday -- US hiring. You will be responsible for everything from candidate sourcing to company communications. Expect to wear many hats and spend a lot of time sourcing candidates. You will be working directly with the CEO and COO and would have a chance to spearhead an entire new business unit within the company.
