The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing PIM (Product Information Management) solutions usingStibo STEPand should possess strong technical capabilities inSQLandJava Scripting. Roles and Responsibilities: - Design and implement data models withinStibo STEPplatform for product domain. - ConfigureSTEP Web UIcomponents and customize user interface workflows. - Develop and maintainSTEP Workflows,business rules, andworkflow automation. - Lead or supportPIM implementationsand product onboarding within the STEP environment. - Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand data governance and product lifecycle needs. - Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across systems. - Create technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and configuration guides. - Perform data analysis and support data migration activities. - Integrate Stibo STEP with other enterprise systems using APIs and data connectors. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience inStibo STEPMDM platform. - Strong expertise inSTEP Data Modeling,STEP Workflow configuration, andWeb UI Configurations. - Experience inProduct MDMand managing product-related master data domains. - Proficiency inSQL,JavaScript, and data scripting for STEP customization. - Hands-on experience withworkflow automation,data governance, anddata quality frameworks. - Understanding of PIM/MDM best practices and methodologies. - Experience in end-to-endPIM implementationprojects is a strong plus. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
