Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled MDM Stibo Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation and maintenance of Stibo Systems Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of data governance and quality Responsibilities :- 6 + yrs of Experience in MDM applications- Knowlege of Stibo Systems MDM is preferrable- Data Sourcing- Data Integration- Data Quality- Data Compliance- Data Sharing- Data Delivery- Data Modelling- Candidate should work as independent consultant for the end client on the solutions- Design, develop, and configure Stibo STEP MDM solutions to support business objectives.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements.- Implement and customize data models, workflows, business rules, and user interfaces within the Stibo platform.- Support MDM integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and ETL tools.- Maintain data quality standards and ensure data consistency across systems.- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for the MDM environment.- Provide documentation, training, and knowledge sharing for users and Skills & Qualifications : - 4+ years of experience working with Stibo STEP MDM platform.- Strong understanding of master data domains (product, customer, supplier, etc.).- Experience with data modeling, workflow configuration, and scripting in Stibo.- Familiarity with integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools).- Knowledge of data governance, quality, and compliance principles.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Java, XML, or JavaScript in the context of Stibo.- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or life sciences domains.
