We are seeking an experienced Stibo MDM Developer to design, configure, and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Stibo STEP.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data modeling, workflow configuration, and integration to ensure consistent and high-quality master data across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement MDM solutions using Stibo STEP platform.
  • Configure data models, attributes, hierarchies, and business rules.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, user interfaces, and data governance processes.
  • Integrate Stibo MDM with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems using APIs and connectors.
  • Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and IT teams to ensure accurate master data.
  • Perform data quality checks, validation, and match/merge processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Stibo STEP configurations and integrations.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM platform.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data quality concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Familiarity with workflow configuration and UI customization in Stibo.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Java or JavaScript for customizations.
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM).
  • Understanding of cloud-based MDM implementations.
