Role Description This is a full-time role for an Account Manager located on-site in Mumbai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports, conducting client meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Account Manager will also be involved in developing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the implementation of services to ensure they meet client requirements. Qualifications - Strong expertise in client relationship management and customer satisfaction - Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage key accounts - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Experience in preparing sales reports and conducting client meetings - Ability to develop strategic account plans and identify business opportunities - A background in the technology sector, with knowledge of software solutions and AI upskilling programs, is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
