Posting Description Job Title- QA LeadPosition type- Full TimeWork Location- GurgaonWorking style- In Office 5 days office Cab Facility- YesShift Time -10am-7pmPeople Manager role NoRequired education and certifications critical for the role-Any Graduate or Post-Graduate full time Required years of experience -4-6 years of relevant experienceCore activities Ensure our web applications meet customers high-quality expectations and contribute to improving our web applications quality Collaborate with the development team to understand the web application requirements and identify test scenarios Create detailed comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Design test cases and perform functional standards and cross-browser compliance testing Become an expert of the web application understand the applications dependencies and identify which areas to include in the test cases Manage and plan quality assurance projects and assign test tasks to testers Contribute to improving quality assurance processes and standards Document and report findings and discuss these with the development team Perform regression testing and verify bug fixes Contribute to the existing automated testing scripts Skills and Qualifications 4-5 years of proven work experience in Quality Assurance role Passion for software quality assurance Experience in web applications testing and a good understanding of critical breaking points of an application Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes Experience in documentation of test tasks and findings Experience in identifying test scenarios and writing test cases Excellent personal strength in attention to detail analytical thinking and problem solving Excellent communication skills and team collaboration Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of web standards and technologies including accessibility compliance Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Knowledge of QA frameworks and methodologies
