team at REA Cyber City This role will be reporting to a Delivery Lead and working closely with a Technical Lead a Senior Business Analyst and a Product Manager HubSpot Solutions Architect HubSpot Implementation Specialist From a QA perspective you will be supporting the HubSpot team based in Cyber City to support the delivery of features and fixes in a collaborative team environment The Senior Quality Analyst will join our Financial Services team Financial Services sits at the unique juncture of REA Groups vast consumer audience on realestate com au the nationally recognised Mortgage Choice brand and the unparalleled property data and insights offered by PropTrack We are working to bring these elements together to deliver true innovation in how Australians find and finance property While no two days are likely to be the same your typical responsibilities will include Defining test strategies and collaborating with team s to execute the strategy Coaching the team to embrace a shift left approach to testing and building high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our users Participating in team rituals like design reviews estimations planning and kick-offs Working with product owners business analysts developers to ensure that planned testing meets their requirements Overseeing quality practices like bug bashes end to end business acceptance sanity and exploratory tests Working with the team to identify risks and devise mitigation plans Championing the execution of different types of tests required for new projects products and their enhancements Understanding and championing agile software testing practices such as automated testing continuous integration and continuous delivery Supporting in deploying maintaining and monitoring live systems Participating and contributing to the quality community in FS and REA Group Who were looking for Experience working with CRM systems HubSpot experience highly desirable Proven software QA testing experience including Web API and batch data process testing Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies including test data preparation Proficiency in creating and maintaining automated tests from scratch Able to be effective in a collaborative team and work productively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving critical thinking and analytical skills Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens Positive can-do attitude with eagerness to learn new processes tools and technologies Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail Tertiary qualification in Information Technology Computer Science or Engineering or similar is highly desirable Bonus Points for Experience across API load performance security testing and mobile testing Demonstrated skills in
