We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives for our 40-year-old apparel company in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both ATL and BTL marketing strategies, with a proven ability to drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Manage and oversee all marketing activities including advertising, promotions, events, and social media to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and design to create effective marketing materials and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and metrics to measure success and optimize future marketing efforts.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI on marketing investments.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 6-12 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on ATL and BTL strategies, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
