Job Description

We are hiring Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide feedback to the senior management team.

Experience: 1-2 Years

Salary : Hike on last Ctc

Notice Period : 15 Days to Immediate Joiner

Preference: Candidate must knowledge and experience in the real estate industry.

What are we looking for:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective sales and promotional materials.

Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.

Stay up to date with industry developments and trends to identify Opportunities for growth and innovation Skills .

Qualifications:

Graduate from any discipline (Finance & Marketing fields are preferred)

Punctual, Strong work ethics, Team player, Learning skills.

Proven track record of success in real estate, with at least 1 years of experience in real estate sales management role (Preferred experience in luxury projects)

Excellent communication skills written and verbal

Customer relationship Management, Sales Negotiations Skills

Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence.
