Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Reports to: Business Head/Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the pre-engineered building (PEB) industry. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.

Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure sales targets are met.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and analytics to inform business decisions and measure sales performance.

Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 8-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the PEB or construction industry.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Excellent sales, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
