Job Description: We are a well-established hospitality group in Goa, looking to hire a Reservation Associate (or Reservation Executive, depending on experience) to join our team at our South Goa location. This is an exciting opportunity for energetic and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and want to be part of a growing team. We are specifically inviting applications from candidates currently residing in Goa, ideally from areas close to South Goa. What You’ll Do: - Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other booking platforms - Enter and update booking details accurately in the system - Provide clear and professional communication to guests regarding rates, availability, and packages - Coordinate with internal teams (Front Office, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth guest experiences - Maintain up-to-date reservation records and generate required reports - Deliver prompt, courteous responses to all guest queries - Follow industry-standard reservation protocols and systems What We’re Looking For: - Prior experience in hotel reservations/front office preferred - Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply - Excellent verbal and written English communication - Strong email etiquette and confident telephone handling - Comfortable using computer systems; familiarity with hotel software is a plus - Must be based in Goa (South Goa preferred) and available for full-time on-site work
