- Manage Instagram DMs & respond promptly to sales inquiries
- Coordinate online orders and ensure smooth customer experience
- Capture and create product photos/videos for Instagram (baby care & ladies collections)
- Post and manage content on Instagram sales page

Requirements:

- Based inThiruvananthapuram(optional)
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of social media & digital marketing
- Photography and videography skills (smartphone or camera)
- Problem-solving mindset & leadership qualities
