Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Pune. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general clerical support. Daily tasks also involve maintaining a tidy reception area and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Excellent Communication abilities
- Experience in Customer Service
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field is a plus
