Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located at Bund Garden, Pune. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, greeting patients and visitors, handling clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and managing records, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication with clients and staff, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Strong Clerical Skills and ability to manage records
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
