Role Description Sales Officer & Supervisor (Full-Time, On-Site Hyderabad Region)
We are seeking experienced Sales Officers and Supervisors with proven expertise in the Baby Care industry to join our growing team. The role involves managing sales operations, building strong distributor/retailer networks, and driving market growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage distributor, retailer, and channel partner relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Implement sales strategies to increase market penetration in the baby care segment
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Guide, motivate, and supervise field sales staff (for Supervisor role)
- Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and business planning
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Baby Care product sales within the same region
- Strong understanding of distributor/retailer networks and local market dynamics
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and expand market share
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment
- Bachelors degree preferred, but relevant experience is valued most
Compensation
Salary: Negotiable (based on last drawn salary)
