JOB DESCRIPTION-

Duties and responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and manage performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Display Networks, and other digital platforms.
- Oversee and optimize paid search (PPC), paid social, affiliate marketing, and programmatic campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Develop targeted strategies to drive online sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Budget & Spend Management:

- Monitor and allocate the digital marketing budget across various platforms, ensuring an effective and efficient spend to maximize ROI.
- Track and optimize cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs.
- Use data and analytics to drive insights and optimization recommendations for future campaigns.
- Create and present regular performance reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders.

SEO & SEM Integration:

- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align paid media efforts with organic strategies for better overall search performance.
- Implement best practices in search engine marketing (SEM) and ensure maximum visibility for paid and organic campaigns.

Creative and Landing Page Optimization:

- Work closely with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives and landing pages for improved performance.
- Continuously test and optimize copy, creatives, offers, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

- Stay current with retail industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmarks.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Work cross-functionally with eCommerce, product, design, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives and the smooth execution of campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a retail or eCommerce environment.
- Strong understanding of paid media channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Affiliate, Programmatic, etc.).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and website analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they intersect with paid marketing.
- Experience in budget management and allocation for large-scale campaigns.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
