Role Overview:

As an

Account Director , you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional campaign execution, and driving business growth. You will act as a strategic partner to our key clients, helping them scale their brands through performance marketing.

In this role, you'll lead high-value client relationships, drive growth-focused marketing strategies, and oversee end-to-end execution of performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Strategy:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their business objectives align with our marketing strategies.
Develop and execute performance-driven marketing plans tailored to client goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and expansion opportunities.

Campaign Execution & Performance:

Oversee end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, analytics, and media buying) to optimize campaign performance.
Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights to clients.

Leadership & Team Coordination:

Lead and mentor a team of account managers and executives, ensuring seamless project management.
Foster a high-performance culture, encouraging innovation and strategic problem-solving.
Work closely with the leadership team to align client strategies with the company's growth objectives.

Business Growth & Revenue Management:

Lookout for opportunities to maximize client lifetime value.
Ensure profitability and efficiency in account management, meeting revenue and margin targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

4-5+ years of experience

in

key account management , preferably in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.
Decent understanding of

paid media, digital strategy, and performance marketing (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, etc.) .
Proven track record of managing

high-value clients and multi-channel marketing campaigns .
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data and drive decisions.
Experience in

team leadership and cross-functional collaboration .
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
