Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outreach Specialist, based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As an Outreach Specialist, you will manage communication efforts and build relationships with key stakeholders, including potential investors and partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough research, strengthening community outreach initiatives, creating impactful written communications, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's network and supporting startups in achieving fundraising success. Qualifications - Strong Communication skills and proven ability to foster relationships with stakeholders - Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring the delivery of excellent client interactions - Ability to conduct comprehensive Research to identify potential leads and opportunities - Experience with Community Outreach to engage with diverse groups effectively - Exceptional Writing skills to craft professional, concise, and persuasive content - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Prior experience in investor relations or working with startups is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
