Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outreach Specialist, based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As an Outreach Specialist, you will manage communication efforts and build relationships with key stakeholders, including potential investors and partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough research, strengthening community outreach initiatives, creating impactful written communications, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's network and supporting startups in achieving fundraising success. Qualifications Strong Communication skills and proven ability to foster relationships with stakeholdersProficiency in Customer Service, ensuring the delivery of excellent client interactionsAbility to conduct comprehensive Research to identify potential leads and opportunitiesExperience with Community Outreach to engage with diverse groups effectivelyExceptional Writing skills to craft professional, concise, and persuasive contentStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesPrior experience in investor relations or working with startups is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
