Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director Digital Media Buying to lead our media buying strategy across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in programmatic, paid social, search, and affiliate buying, with a strong track record of driving ROI-focused campaigns. This role requires strategic thinking, platform expertise, vendor negotiations, and team leadership to maximize the impact of digital media investments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Media Buying & Strategy

- Develop and execute high-impact media buying strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, programmatic platforms, and affiliate networks.
- Optimize media spend based on performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, etc.).
- Drive cross-channel synergy between search, social, video, and programmatic campaigns.
- Lead budget allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and campaign success.

2. Performance Optimization & Analytics

- Monitor campaign performance in real-time and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Utilize audience segmentation, A/B testing, and retargeting strategies for enhanced engagement.
- Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to extract insights and improve performance.
- Regularly present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

3. Vendor & Platform Partnerships

- Negotiate best-in-class rates and inventory with ad networks, DSPs, and affiliate partners.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad-tech innovations.
- Establish strategic relationships with Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and key media partners.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital media buyers.
- Work closely with creative, content, and data teams to ensure campaign alignment and innovation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, testing, and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying, including programmatic, social, and search.

Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Amazon DSP, and affiliate marketing.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and ad tracking tools.

Proven track record of managing large budgets and optimizing performance-based campaigns.

Excellent negotiation skills with media vendors and publishers.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior media buyers.

Strong knowledge of attribution modeling, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and drive measurable results.
