Job Details: Job Title: Partner Success – EdTech Location: Hybrid (3 days from office) Work Schedule: - Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM or 6 PM – 3 AM (Two-way cab provided) - 5 days working, 2 consecutive offs - Additional Shift Allowance: ₹750/day About the Role We are looking for a Parnerer Success with strong experience in interacting with US-based customers. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to the EdTech industry and a mission-oriented career focus in the education space. You will work closely with global customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, consultation, and technical support. Key Responsibilities - Manage customer interactions via calls, emails, and virtual meetings with US-based clients. - Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and providing the right EdTech solutions. - Handle customer success, consultation, and technical support requests effectively. - Document issues, track progress, and ensure timely resolution. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve product adoption and customer experience. - Provide feedback to product/engineering teams based on customer insights.
