Job Overview
Summary/Objective
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead our aftermarket Plant Services sales team and drive growth globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of exceeding sales targets and a strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing the Plant Services sales team, cultivating relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The primary objective of this role is to achieve bookings goals, increase market share, and enhance our company&aposs presence. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of the sales process and market trends.
Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a global strategy for the Plant Services division of NCS.
- Collaborate with other Functional Units within Nikkiso to develop installation base and pipeline of upcoming projects.
- Develop, manage and lead a global sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to optimize performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve global sales targets.
- Implement tools, KPI&aposs to continuously monitor and manage equipment installed base
- Implement tools, KPI to measure growth and profitability across aftermarket product lines
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure competitiveness and drive sales growth.
- Set sales targets and quotas, track progress, and provide regular Forecasts and reports to upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize retention and loyalty.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices in sales management to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the implementation and ensure the utilization of sales tools, CRM and participate in the development of new tools
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Foster a positive and results-oriented work culture that encourages teamwork, engagement, and achievement of goals, along with establishing an environment where delivering world class customer service is understood to be a core value.

Work Environment
- Job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require extensive international travel to a client&aposs office, production facility, or industrial/construction job site.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team is required. Multi-country or global experience is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
- A master&aposs degree in business administration is preferred but not essential.
- At least 10 years of progressive sales experience in a similar industry or related field.
- Experience with leading a profitable sales organization in the region.
- Experience with CRM tools
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with various sales techniques and methodologies.
Physical Demands
- To perform the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk, and hear, and use fingers and hands to type and write, and feel objects, tools, or controls; lift files and open desk drawers and filing cabinets.
- Overtime may be necessary as the workload dictates. This could include weekdays, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Ability to lift to 40 lbs. may be required.
- Use standard office equipment such as computers, smart phones, printers, photocopiers, etc.
- Ability to travel up to 50%

- Wear Nikkiso approved PPE as needed and direct team and others to do the same as appropriate.
