**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Marriott. In this role, you will be responsible for building successful relationships with existing and new customers to generate sales opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated and not duplicative.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
  • Participate in sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, and other activities to build relationships within the community.
  • Assist in managing and developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate and complete turnover to Event Management.

Requirements:

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
  • 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
