About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales team and contribute to the growth and success of our Plant Services division.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy for the Plant Services division
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients
  • Lead and manage a global sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to optimize performance
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve global sales targets and increase market share
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in a similar industry or related field
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team, preferably in a multi-country or global environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred but not essential
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners
  • Familiarity with various sales techniques and methodologies
