Aftermarket Sales Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales team and contribute to the growth and success of our Plant Services division.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a global sales strategy for the Plant Services division
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients
- Lead and manage a global sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to optimize performance
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve global sales targets and increase market share
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience in a similar industry or related field
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team, preferably in a multi-country or global environment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred but not essential
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners
- Familiarity with various sales techniques and methodologies
