Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Indore. The role involves providing outstanding customer support and technical assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries or issues in a timely and effective manner. The Specialist will focus on building positive relationships with clients through excellent interpersonal skills and will leverage analytical expertise to resolve complex customer concerns. Qualifications - Strong skills in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction - Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship-building - Ability to provide Technical Support and resolve customer issues efficiently - Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and address customer challenges - Proficiency in using customer support tools and software - Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in IT or technical support roles is a plus
