Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Indore. The role involves providing outstanding customer support and technical assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries or issues in a timely and effective manner. The Specialist will focus on building positive relationships with clients through excellent interpersonal skills and will leverage analytical expertise to resolve complex customer concerns.

  • Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in IT or technical support roles is a plus
