The company has raised $11 million in total funding from top investors, including Accel and Together Fund. Join us as we scale a cloud-native platform that runs transformer-based Large Language Models rigorously fine-tuned on millions of clinical notes and claims every month. Product Manager - Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 5+ years of proven expertise to drive innovation in healthcare technology and revenue cycle management (RCM). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the discovery, design, and delivery of products that improve medical coding, claims processing, and overall healthcare efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap and deliver products that make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities

● Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation.
● Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
● Act as product owner in Agile teams: manage backlogs, prioritize sprints, and ensure timely execution.
● Partner with sales, operations, and customer success to support go-to-market initiatives and adoption.
● Track and analyze product KPIs (adoption, retention, claim denial rates, cost savings) and continuously optimize for impact.
● Represent the voice of the customer (hospitals, physician groups, payers) and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
● Stay up to date with industry trends in health-tech, RCM, AI/LLMs, and regulatory requirements. Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
● 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, SaaS, or fintech.
● Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical coding, claims workflows, or healthcare operations is highly desirable.
● Proven success in delivering products from concept to launch, managing cross-functional teams. ● Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (SQL, Python, BI tools).
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana). ● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
● Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in healthcare or technology. ● Prior work in startups, consulting, or high-growth environments.
● Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Why Join Us?
● Opportunity to solve some of the most pressing challenges in healthcare and revenue cycle management.
● Work on cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that directly impact hospitals, providers, and patients.
● Collaborative and fast-paced startup culture with strong growth opportunities.
