The team is focused on data and is involved in multiple projects ranging from report creation to developing machine learning models for forecasting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple concurrent data-driven projects, translating ambiguous business problems into structured analysis and actionable recommendations. - Drive hands-on data analysis using Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, automation/scripts) and Python (pandas, Jupyter notebooks, visualization). - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics, uncover insights, and build lightweight dashboards or reporting systems. - Extract, clean, and analyze data from Salesforce and other systems to enable better decision-making. - Present insights in a clear, narrative-driven manner tailored for non-technical stakeholders, driving alignment and action. - Apply project management best practices to bring structure, clarity, and focus to data initiatives. - Identify inefficiencies in reporting and analytics processes, propose scalable solutions, and lead tool evaluation or rollouts. - Guide junior analysts or vendors, ensuring analytical rigor and business alignment. Qualification Criteria: - 5+ years of experience in analytics, project management, or related roles in SaaS companies. - Prior startup experience preferred – comfortable with ambiguity, multiple hats, and rapid execution. - Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivots, conditional logic, scripting/automation). - Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, visualization, Jupyter Notebooks). - Strong business intuition — ability to connect numbers to business impact and ask the right questions. - Proven track record of stakeholder collaboration across teams to define metrics, prioritize, and deliver insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills — ability to tell a clear story to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Familiarity with lightweight automation (Google Apps Script, JavaScript) and Salesforce data structures is a plus.
