Responsibilities Student Recruitment Promote Chandigarh University and its programs to potential students through various channels such as education fairs school visits and open house events Create and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions counselors and other relevant organizations to generate leads and increase awareness about the university Conduct presentations seminars and workshops to promote the university and its offerings Application Processing Review student applications ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time Evaluate applications based on predetermined criteria and make recommendations for admissions Provide guidance to potential students on the application process admission requirements and necessary supporting documents Counseling Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and their families to address their concerns answer their questions and provide detailed information about the university s programs campus life facilities and financial aid options Assist students in choosing the right program that aligns with their interests and career goals Provide personalized guidance throughout the enrollment process from application to enrollment Communication and Documentation Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls emails and inquiries from prospective students parents and other stakeholders Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all communication and interactions with students and stakeholders Update and utilize the university s CRM system to manage and track prospective student information Collaborative Efforts Collaborate with other university departments including academic divisions and student services to ensure a smooth transition from the admissions process to enrollment Participate in university events including orientations presentations and recruitment drives Contribute to the development of marketing and recruitment strategies to enhance the visibility and reach of Chandigarh University Requirements Bachelor s degree in a relevant field Education Marketing Business Administration etc Strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse group of students parents educational organizations and internal stakeholders Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software Prior experience in a similar role in an educational institution will be an advantage Contact No 7081778097 Department All Departments Skills Required Communication Skills Student Counseling Admissions presentation skills Years Of Exp 1 to 5 Years Designation Admission Counsellor International Students
