Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Executive to maintain

- accurate financial records
- manage day-to-day accounting
- support compliance with exports and statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho accounting and strong organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Provide all reports & documents to our CA
- Process accounts payable (vendor invoices, bills) and accounts receivable (customer invoices, collections) and payroll
- Manage employee reimbursements, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC where applicable).
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and tax regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
- 2–5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Proficient in Zoho Books, Payroll and Exports is a plus.
- Experience in working diamond industry is a must
